Poem: Sideways
Time is an orange
Curls up at the edges -
So
There you see
Vacuum isn't
Kilometres
At all
It's skin
Space is an egg
Sunny side, scrambled
Boiling over the city
Any way you want it
And you could pour
Light from a jug
Onto grids of crisp
Houses
The trick
Is to wake up
Sideways

May you pour some light on me! But I was thinking about time this morning. How one is tyrannized by time and even I, who sometimes feel like I’m the only one in this world, who has it, and who does not live according to the rules and ideas of timeuse of whoever thinks he knows how one should adjust oneself to time, even I feel guilty for not doing so. Everybody would probably be much better off to find out their individual timings, live accordingly and be more productive. Sounds banal. Just a little synchronicity anyway.

Actually I was thinking about TIME bigTIME last night. Came across a nice Stones’ song I never heard, called ‘Waiting’ and an old one “TIME is on my side’. Also the song ‘Forever young’ (Rod Stewart version). Thought it might be a nice birthday song for someone. Yes and no… Had to comment again, but “It could be the last TIME’, you never know. TIME will tell.

Really misbehaved and smashed some eggs this time. I think I was trying to force the issue. Would like to talk to you some time, if at all possible.

Maybe she should finally read: “How to win friends and influence people” by Carn-egie (or Meat-eggs, to be relevant)

Monday morning random reading: Exodus 18: 3-4 Ampl…………………… Moses had two sons: Gershom, meaning EXPULSION………and Eliezer, meaning GOD IS HELP………………….Has that got anything to do with “Sideways”?….Quote: “Taking a personal choice at how one looks at what is really there under the surface”

I also need some light on the idiom “to get personal”.
